Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Would You Rather handles information when you use the App. Would You Rather is a mobile game where users answer “Would You Rather” questions, view voting results, and may share generated result images with others.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, address, contacts, photos or videos, precise location, or login credentials. The App is designed to be used without personal registration.
2. Local App Data
The App may store certain information locally on your device, such as questions you have answered, your selected answers, local vote/result information, and app preferences or settings. This information is stored on your device to make the App work properly and improve your experience. This data is not used to personally identify you.
3. Advertising
The App may show advertisements, including rewarded ads. We use Google AdMob to serve ads in the App.
Google AdMob may collect or process certain information from your device in order to provide ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud, and improve advertising services. This may include device identifiers, approximate location, app interaction information, advertising data, and diagnostic or performance information.
Google’s use of data is governed by Google’s own privacy policies and advertising terms. 4. Analytics and Technical Logs
The App may collect limited technical information to help us understand and fix problems, such as platform, app version or app variant, error messages, ad loading events, and basic diagnostic information. This information is used to monitor app functionality, troubleshoot bugs, and improve the App. We do not use this information to personally identify individual users.
5. Sharing
The App may allow you to create and share a result image through your device’s native sharing options. The App does not control which apps or services you choose to share content with. When you share content outside the App, the privacy practices of the receiving app or service apply.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services, including but not limited to Google AdMob, Apple App Store services, Expo or related app infrastructure services, and Supabase or similar backend/logging services, if used for technical logging. These third-party services may process data according to their own privacy policies.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information used by the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Data Retention
Local app data may remain on your device until you delete the App or clear the App’s data. Technical logs, if collected, are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for troubleshooting, security, analytics, and app improvement.
10. Your Choices
- Delete the App to remove locally stored app data from your device
- Adjust advertising preferences through your device settings
- Limit ad tracking where supported by your device or operating system
- Choose not to share generated result images

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
